1992
- Eguchi Food Service Co.,Ltd. is established with a capital of JPY18,000,000.
- The 1st curry store opens. (Toshiharu Eguchi owns and operates the store.)
- The capital is increased to JPY 25,000,000. Company website is established.
2000
- Food Venture Co., Ltd. is established.
2003
- The head office of "New Wakayama Ramen Bariuma" is established. Bariuma Franchising Department is established.
- Bariuma's first store, Bariuma Nagatsuka opens with a new type of operation
2004
- The head office is transferred to Yahata, Saeki-ku, Hiroshima city
- Torinosuke's first store, Torinosuke Higashi Kaita opens with a new type of operation
2005
- The company changes its name from Eguchi Food Service Co., Ltd. to Withlink Co., Ltd.
2009
- The head office is transferred to Seifu Shinto, Tomominami, Asaminami-ku, Hiroshima city
  Bariuma's 30th store, Bariuma Tsuyama opens
- Fuunmaru's first store, Fuunmaru Tachikawa opens featuring rich dipping noodles with a new type of operation
2010
- Fuunmaru's first Franchise store, Fuunmaru Fukuoka Tsuruta opens
- CEO Eguchi publishes 3 books
2011
- Withlink Singapore, our overseas affiliated company, is established
2012
- Bariuma's first international store, Bariuma Tanglin opens in Singapore

- Bariuma's first store in Malaysia opens

- Bariuma's first store in Hong Kong opens
