20 years ago, I resigned the ministry of posts and telecommunications, and walked into the strange Food service industry despite no experience in the field. Then I opened a curry restaurant with my wife, and established a headquarters for my own franchise business after so many mistakes and researches. At one stage of its business, I have experienced long period of slump and painfully realized my poor ability as a business manager. After some reconsideration, I learned about the initial concept of running food business and reached to the result that changing the current style ? owning and running our own brand to franchising them. Through the franchise business we have realized the importance of education for employees, and medium-term management plan, and acquired further knowledge of food business. The current our four brands -BARIUMA, TORINOSUKE, FUUNMARU, KUSHIKUSHIYA- are the ultimate answer from our numerous bitter experience and assured experience, they can be flexible to the trend and customers’ demands. We will keep improving our service in order to be loved from the neighborhood, and to make a strong brand for the members of our franchise restaurants. In the Japanese food industry, companies expanding to overseas are highly expected its future growth, and especially it is considered that franchise business is one of the field receiving a lot of interest. As we believe that many companies would sympathise our company policy, we hope they can share dreams with us by cooperating franchise business. We will set our domestic business as an assured foundation and promote expansion of international business as a new strategy. There is one thing we won’t change forever as WITH LINK GROUP.
